Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • oversight and responsibility of meeting/exceeding client servicing needs of intermediated and institutional clients
  • Leading the design and delivery of the department functions including; onboarding; distribution agreement management; due diligence; client servicing; client reporting; RFP/DDQ responses; pre/post sale regulatory disclosures and reporting; factsheets; fund data distribution
  • oversight and implementation of well defined, efficient and scalable processes and procedures
  • Managing administrative and operational activities
  • Executing process improvement initiatives
  • Developing and up-skilling team, ensuring appropriate training and career development takes place
  • Managing relationships with other key team and stakeholders
  • Monitoring team performance against KPIs
  • Oversight of TPAs

Essential skills required:

  • Strong track record managing a successful client service team within Asset Management
  • Accomplished man management skills
  • Experience delivering change and process improvements
  • Client centric outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
