Cornerstone OnDemand we are looking to recruitIntegration Consultants /Technical PM's to further expand our EMEA operations. In this role,you will become part of a global integration team. You will handle a portfolio of projects for several customers,to help with the integration and implementation of our world classSaaSenterprisesolutions. You willberesponsible for ensuring overall success of the projects you are involved in.You will be responsible for managing project status communications with customer executives and internal management. In addition, dependent on previous experience, youwill workwith implementation consultants,pre-sales,partners, andcustomersto review customer specific requirements andproposetechnical solutions tosupportthe customer's needs. You will have to feel comfortable working in a fast paced and highly agile environment, as you will be working with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently. Previous experience within an agile or scrum environment will definitely help. This is a very good opportunity if you have a technical background and are looking to further develop your management, consultingand communication skills. This is a UK based role, but we also consider candidates based in Poland and other European countries. In this role you will... Assesscustomerrequirements andpropose technical solutions and guidance in collaboration with Sales, Account Management and Implementation teams. Conduct the execution of the projects in collaboration with the different teams involved. Manageand owna mix of different projects at the same time and execute based on priorities. Create thorough & detailed requirements documents and technical specifications for integration solutions, to provide to thecustomer(for approval) and engineering (for the development). Workin a very international environmentandclosely with at times offshore engineering teams, providing requirements in the development of integration solutions. Manage and expand relationships high and wide in customerorganisationstoexpand the relationship footprint. Collaborate with other functions to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Participate in Partner oversight on specific projects to ensure alignment to best practices, as well as guide partners to ensure the best interest of thecustomeris being considered. You've got what it takes if you have... Strong background in consulting, project management, strategic planning and/or business analysis. Experience in process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design. Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively managecustomerproject stakeholdersand multidisciplinary teams. Experience in Project Management and/or full lifecycle software development process and methods. Expertise in one or more industries,organisationalstructures, business process design techniques and development methodologies. Strong technical background, with experience identifying solutions that integrate Enterprise applications, SaaS or other complex services. Key skills and experiences would include,but not limited to, working withAPI/webservices, XML, SQL Server, data migrations and integrations. Experience with software integrationsand data migrationsas a consultant or project lead required: Target platforms or technologies, Microsoft, PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, ADP, Oracle, Siebel, or Salesforce. Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively manage through the complexities of the business solution. Highly proficient using Excel and Word. MS Project and Visio preferred. PMI or PMP certification, an advantage. Previous experience working with Talent Management systems,anadvantage. Previous experience within an Agile or Scrum team, an advantage. Fluency in English mandatory. Additional European languages,an advantage.
