C2FO is seeking for energetic and ambitious Italian speaking professional to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing organization where they can make a mark and manage multiple full Implementation Projects from start to finish.As a critical part of our highly skilled global Implementation team, this role will be responsible for managing C2FO integrations in the EMEA region. You will be the key person between our clients and the technical team ensuring that expectations and timelines are managed efficiently.This is a great opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and have a huge impact on the business, by implementing C2FO with some of the top companies in the world.If you have been working on Implementation Projects and you feel ready to take full ownership, use more of your consulting skills/experience and you are looking for something exciting with a world class fintech experience, this is the one for you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage project scope and schedule to baselines established by clients.Provide quality service that exceeds client and company expectations.Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Resolve client problems related to services or the software product to pre-determined SLA's.Train clients on product features and additional services related to C2FO's SaaS solution.Educate clients on C2FO Best Practices and tools to grow program impact.Attend on-site client meetings when necessary.Contribute to internal PMO resources and lessons learned.QualificationsExcellent analytical skills: ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solve and make decisions.Strong interpersonal skills.5+ years of related experience; consulting experience preferred.Technical or financial background is strongly preferred.Up to 50% travel required.Additional European languages is a plus (spoken and written German/French/Turkish)C2FO is working to deliver a future where every company in the world has the capital it needs to grow.
