The CompanyOur client is a dynamic new company focused on simplifying business funding. They offer an alternative for small business finance, through raising capital to enable growth andthen taking repayments through company card sales - so clients only pay back when they make sales.

Partnered with a major UK bank who handle all the processing of the advances, they havesecured financial backing and now looking to build a team to support their rapid growth plans.

This is a permanent position, based in West Hampstead, London, paying 25k basic (35-40k OTE)

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a salesteam at a Fin-tech Company providing funding to small businesses across the UK.

It's a fantastic time to join, we have strong financial backing and experiencing rapidgrowth.We're looking for someone to join as a junior sales executive, where you'll undergo a 12 month training period, working under one of our senior sales executive.

Day to day responsibilities of the role

Assisting senior sales executives
Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, introducers and other partners;

Following up on qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions)
Generate and close new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events
Developing and managing relationships with customers;

The ideal candidates personality and qualifications:

Educated to graduate level
6 months+ of sales experience
Enthusiastic and motivated
