WHAT YOU'LL DO:Leading a team on the Installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products ensuring best installation practicesConfiguration of endpoints and infrastructurePreparation of room audits ensuring technology can work at optimum levelPerforms preventative maintenance to insure equipment and room is ready for useResponsible for identifying defective/failed equipment and providing solutionsCompletion of Post Installation Assessments and onsite UATWorking as part of the EOS team providing AV solutions and services on site interfacing with the designated client in line with the customer requirements and service level agreementJointly develop installations processes and team goals with management teamCommunicates with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignmentsProject reporting and updatingDocument and report hardware failures also Manages Break/Fix and RMA requests as neededSupervise, instruct and help with rack building processesTravel to customer sites nationally as required WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Must have at least 5 years experience installing and commissioning AV/VC integrationsMust have experience of leading teams on client siteMust be agile, and exhibit a strong sense of urgencyMust be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalismThe ideal candidate will not find difficult tech problems deterring or frustrating, but intriguing and will welcome the challengeMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure.
