DescriptionIt's an exciting time to join AXA Health, as we seek to revolutionise our approach to our customer marketing activities. As a result, we're seeking talented individuals to join our Marketing and Proposition team for a fixed term contract lasting 4-6 months. We have two Marketing Manager roles available, a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Planning Manager. You'll be asked in your application to indicate if you have a preference for either/both roles.As a Marketing Manager you'll shape and deliver our strategic intent across all AXA Health audiences, including Individual, SME, Corporate and Intermediaries. You'll lead the way for best-in-class Marketing delivery, inspiring not only matrix and blended teams, but also taking our key stakeholders on new journeys where we seek to revolutionise our approach to our customer marketing activities. Requirement to meet at AXA offices in either London or Tunbridge Wells where planning, team meetings and/or ideation days require it.What you'll be doing:You'll be instrumental in ensuring that insight and data underpins everything we do, working closely with our Customer Experience team (within Member Experience) and contributing to the shape and framework our delivery needs to take.Utilising your campaign, marketing and communication experience will see you utilise insight to shape and recommend approaches, optimise scenario planning and delivery activities on time, and within budget.Utilise insight to shape and recommend approaches, frameworks and campaign planning. Some people see the big picture, others focus on detail, we need someone who can do both.Help drive business priorities across pilot activity initiation, martech enablement, delivering our NPS roadmap and supporting the input and outputs from our customer activation forum. Your work will increase the value of our team contribution to both the business and our customers.QualificationsSignificant campaign, new product launch and marketing communications experience. Experience of campaign planning is a requirement.Broad marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities. Passionate about health you'll know what makes our audiences tick.You'll love using insights to act and to do things differently and you'll be confident in using metrics to assess success.Outstanding presentational, engagement and communication skills; ability to adjust style to situation and audience.Solid commercial awareness, ability to work in partnership with stakeholders across AXA Health.An excellent 'storyteller' able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.A good knowledge of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment.Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; professional in approach.What we offerOne of the best things about joining AXA is our rewards package.
