Mass Events Executive

Job description

We are looking for a proactive, organised and efficient individual with an understanding of events work, to take on the role of Mass Events Executive at The Prince's Trust.

We can be flexible on your location but please note, if you are based outside London there is an expectation of travel to London approximately twice a month, plus travel to Events as required

You will have strong project management skills, a track record of supporting the delivery of successful events or equivalent relevant experience, and a proven capability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally. You will have experience of working with databases, digital platforms and systems - ideally for managing event registration and communications, and reporting on key event metrics and fundraising.

Your attention to detail, personal initiative, and drive to achieve excellent results will help us support for more young people. Our mass participation fundraising events, such as Palace to Palace and The Brilliant Breakfast, can attract thousands of participants, so this role needs a systematic thinker, to help us with the processes and compliance needed to engage members of the public, at scale.
