About the Role -Mathematics Teacher

As mentioned the Mathematics department have recently experienced their record results at the school. They are led by an established Head of Department who has been with the school for 10 years.
The timetable on offer is teaching Mathematics from Key Stage 3 through to 4.

The department consists of 8 full-time teachers and 2 part-time teachers of all levels of experience.
At Key Stage 3 students are given the opportunity to focus on specific aspects of the subject with a number of them opting for Mathematics. A-level selection among those in year 11 was at a record high for students going in to the 2 academic year.

To join us and be successful in this Maths Teacher role, you will need to:

Hold QTS Status or QTLS or be an ECT
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Ideally be able to provide excellent references
