Midweight Art Director - Independent Creative Agency - Central London - To £35k

Boutique creative agency seeks conceptual Midweight Art Director to work on a range of fully integrated fundraising campaigns.

Charity campaign experience is desirable but not essential.

They create powerful campaigns for some of the world's best-loved charities, delivering fully integrated campaigns across DRTV, film, print, social, digital and direct mail that make people sit up and take action.

Now the agency is looking for a smart, conceptual midweight art director to form a new creative team with one of the agency's super talented, highly experienced copywriters and join its friendly creative department.

The Midweight Art Director

This role is the perfect next step for an existing midweight or an experienced junior art director with at least two years' creative agency experience.

You will be generating brilliant ideas that stop people in their tracks, and then bringing these to life with strong design and impactful copy across multiple platforms.

This is a great opportunity to use your excellent design skills to push boundaries and show off your creativity.

The necessary

• Direct mail experience and / or cause-led campaign experience are desirable but not essential
• 2+ years' experience in a creative agency environment
• A mix of exciting ideas and solid craft
• A passion for good causes and the desire to make a difference
• The staying power to see a job through from concept to delivery

• A whizz with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knows printing processes and digital platforms inside out
• TV and animation skills (Adobe After Effects) a bonus

Work from home policy

Two days per week in a gorgeous shared space in Central London, the rest of the week from home.

Salary

To £35k plus good hard and soft benefits including 25 days' holiday and a day off for your birthday.
