The Role:

The Mobile Application Product Owner will be responsible for guiding the Mobile Application development according to business goals and creating a vision for development projects.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the role holder will be responsible for setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work generated by the Mobile Application scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product.

You will hold the accountability for managing user stories and organizing customer feedback. The role holder will be experienced in identifying common roadblocks and be skilled in responding to criticisms as if they were a customer support representative.

You will be the subject matter expert in understanding and anticipating the client's needs to more effectively manage the development process.

Key Objective of Role

Accountable for maximizing the value of the Mobile Application resulting from the work of the development team.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Act as the primary communicator between stakeholders and teams
• Provide a clear vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements as needed
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Oversee user journey and UI testing
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Keeping up to date with the movements of competitors and the industry
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Mobile Application Product Owner in Fintech, ideally with an investment application.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Understanding in the Forex market is an advantageous.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Russian language (desirable)
