They have been conceived to enhance the Apple customer experience at point of sale (POS) and be the face of Apple to many of our largest customers. The role of the Readiness Executive is to coordinate, manage and deliver a seamless and best-in-class execution of merchandising projects on Apple Branded Programs, with a focus on New Product Introductions (NPI) and other customer-facing in-store marketing projects.Key QualificationsAdvanced Excel skillsAnalytical individual with extreme attention to detailExcellent communications skillsStrong organisational and project management skillsAbility to analyse and understand complex problemsExperience working in a cross-functional role within an international organisation preferableAbility to respond efficiently and calmly to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in macOS and Apple's Keynote preferableAbility to learn about new processes and IT systems quicklyExperience in supply chain, inventory management or project management in a multinational environment is a plusDescriptionThe scope of overall responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Planning and managing execution for any asset rollout during New Product Introductions or any other merchandising project (scope definition, data management, briefings, reporting, budget management, etc.) Support on ad-hoc data analysis, reports and briefings as required for POS Operations activities Manage, together with worldwide Channel teams and Marcom, the rollout of supplies for NPI activities across EMEIA Manage and track shipment of merchandising assets until delivery; troubleshoot to ensure timely delivery Align with EMEIA and WW teams, as well as logistics vendors, to define and execute the quickest and most efficient go-to-market strategy Ongoing assessment of processes to identify areas of improvement and best practices Ensure highest quality execution at point of sale, supporting with maintenance requests (snagging) Manage Apple's graphic maintenance program (coordinating queries, inventory, approvals, online catalogue, etc.)Education & ExperienceDegree in related business area, preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Operations or relevant experience.
