Job description

Leading luxury retailer urgently requires 3 Online Trading Administrators to join them on a temporary basis ASAP until Christmas. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Online Trading team including supporting the upload of seasonal product edit, data governance, efficient management of product categories and supporting the production process to ensure products launched in a timely manner.

The role requires an efficient administrative professional who is detail-oriented, accurate, organised and reliable with the drive to develop a career in luxury retailing. Strong Excel knowledge is a must!

The candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is key.

- Data entry of product information into the seasonal product planners.
- Support in requesting assets to brands and share to the photographic studio so products are managed through image production efficiently by checking daily statuses.
- Update, maintain and merchandise category pages with the new products that have been published, as required.
- Maintain custom edits on site (Bestsellers, Exclusives, Just In, Trends).
- Communicate all brand launches and status updates to Online trading team and marketing teams
- Support in dealing with queries from vendors, the shop floor and Customer Services and escalate if appropriate.
- Assist with the launch and running of promotions and seasonal sales.
- Implement manual merchandising to help improve key .com KPIs
- Use data to analyse customer journey and help the assistant trading manager in actioning changes based on findings
- Conduct competitor site reviews.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Online Trading Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Develop & maintain relationships with vendors, the shop floor team and the store buying team and external brands
- Build close relationships with the other Online Trading Administrators, sharing knowledge and providing support where applicable.

My client has introduced a hybrid return to work scheme where you will work 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home. Working hours are: 9am - 5.30pm.
