Paid Digital Marketing Lead
Location: UK Flexible
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary : circa £45,000 plus ILW (Inner London Weighting) where appropriate

The role
As our Paid Digital Marketing Lead you will operate and partner multiple teams across the organisation to set the bar for high quality, well-coordinated paid digital advertising.
You will be responsible for our paid digital advertising activity, particularly paid social advertising which will include the coordination of campaigns delivery on social media platforms but also managing risk and compliance to enable different features within this activity to be unlocked.
To succeed in the role you will have an extensive digital marketing background and a strong knowledge and understanding of how paid social marketing works, particularly for brand awareness and revenue generation.
What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement in our approach to advertising on a variety of digital platforms, integrating activity alongside our organic social media team as well as interrogating media plans from our external agencies.
Responsibilities will include:
You will have a strong grasp and understanding of how digital channels, specifically paid social.
Sets the standard for best practice in advertising on these channels for the organisation.
Deliver directly paid social campaigns having also oversight of the rest of the organisation's paid social campaigns to prevent or manage any clashes.
Maintain oversight of our activity on these platforms whilst advancing our work on these channels and supporting the training and upskilling of colleagues through the promotion of best practices.
Advise and provide recommendations on the creation of our paid social campaigns assets, making sure they follow best practices and they are fit for purpose
