The Role

Our Payroll team is expanding to support the growing needs of our people and business and we are recruiting a UK Payroll Specialist to join us. You will be joining an international payroll team and will play an integral role in helping us to build a strong global payroll function in order to support our employees from all current and future markets.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience with UK payroll; you will be a key contributor within our internal payroll team and with stakeholders. Interpersonal skills, good communication and the proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines and a strong focus on results are a must.

Responsibilities will include:
* Handling end-to-end payroll for the UK, including but not limited to processing new hires, absences, changes and terminations.
* Collect payroll information and provide monthly payroll instructions to our payroll providers in accordance with our SOP.
* Support the implementation of new benefits platform as well as monthly payroll reporting.
* Responsible for the timely payment of salaries and filing of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, pension and social insurance contributions or internal payroll accounting files.
* Perform periodic control and analysis for payroll data accuracy, absence/leaves and right to work.
* Act as the primary contact of employees for day-to-day payroll questions and issues.

Requirements

About you:
* You have a minimum of 2 years UK payroll experience.
* Ideally you will have experience with Workday.
* You are a technology savvy and curious professional, invested in continuous improvement and your own personal development.
