Production Assistant- Italian Speaking
We have partnered with a beautiful sustainable fashion & homeware brand, who require an Italian speaking Production Assistant or Assistan Buyer.

You will have experience at critical path management sourcing fabrics and trims, and tracking critical path and liasing with Italian factories, aswell as being highly organised and efficient.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Organise with mills and factories deliveries of raw material, supplies and receipts of finished products;
- Coordinate WS and Marketing's requests and orders, provide sufficient customs documents, inform on stock availability and handle returns;
- Support and organise QCs;
- Be responsible for any stock update on the seasonal Delivery Schedule and its communication to the logistic team;
- Fully manage shipments from factories with costs in mind to make sure our suppliers comply to new regulations
- Be the main point of contact with Distribution for Range Production;
- Support SKU management into the creation of SKU on system;
- Manage replenishment of Continuity styles.
- Guarantee deliveries per locations according to plan - SS to be 100% by March, AW to reach 100% by August.
- Through proactive daily communication with suppliers, warehouse and logistic, manage all stock movements to achieve internal deadlines and customers delivery dates.
- Assist the Head of the department to achieve the company's goals such as reduction in unforeseen costs and extra charges and increase in margins

- Create monthly Sales and Stock reports for our SOR products;
- Make sure every new supplier will comply to our Code of Conduct.

- Monitor and inform on levels of stock to support replenishment for this category;
- Keep working on finding alternative solutions for our polybags;
- Provide cost comparison analysis to make sure we always operate in the most efficient and savvy way.
