Job description

My client is a well known university based in London, and is looking for a construction project manager to join their estates and facilities department to lead on the development of project briefs, and then oversee the delivery of said projects.

The role will initially be focused on the early stages of the project life cycle such as, getting to know the stakeholders and their requirements, feasibility studies, brief development and procurement (along side the procurement department), to name a few. Once this this has been completed the PM will be required to oversee the delivery of the projects through their entire life cycle.

To be considered for this position:

* Technical background and qualification to match such as - Building Surveying, Construction, Architecture etc.

* 2 years PQE

* Experience working directly for, or on behalf of a client in a PM capacity

* Experience leading project through their initial/early stages as mentioned above

* Experience of commercial fit-outs

Salary and Package:

* Up to £60,000 salary

* 16% pension contributions

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
