Job description

We are looking for project management professionals with strong understanding of Market Risk, Front Office Trading and Risk environment, Capital Markets. You must be an energetic self-starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction.

About the role

Duties & responsibilities will include:

• Project/Program mobilisation and scoping
• Project plan and RAID management
• Managing workstream within the FRTB program, including tracking and reporting status of plan execution to senior governance fora
• Preparation of Reponses / Fielding queries from regulators
• Undertaking Business Analysis to support Target Operating Model design
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (Technology, Risk, Finance, Front Office, etc)

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong educational background (Masters would be an advantage)
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of Market Risk, Front Office Trading and Risk environment, Capital Markets
• Excellent knowledge of trade flow, lifecycle and controls
• Strong communication skills and experience working with Front Office / Trading and Sales / Technology teams
• Previous Front Office Trading Change management would be preferable
• Must be an energetic self-starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
• Excellent data analysis and process definition skills
• Ability to put together high-quality presentations for Regulators and Senior Management
• Ability to lead / chair meetings involving mid / senior management to drive outcomes
