Grafton Recruitment are partnering with a prestigious company whom specialise in software solutions and services to asset management, capital market, banking and insurance sectors.

The Role

Within the Client & Program Management Team you will be responsible for the delivery of fund administrations software applications. The Client & Program Management Team is responsible for the planning and monitoring of all Tribe activities.

Support the Delivery Management team in planning and control activities.
Support in defining, maintaining and tailoring processes as required by the group business unit.
Develop and maintain management tools, including relevant project methods and templates, fit-for-purpose.

Responsibilities & Objectives

Participating in external client projects in wealth management and private banking
Conduct research on the needs and issues of clients through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions
Document projects into systems and processes for management review
Support project team members with project activities designated by senior management
Present findings and recommendations using business proposals and presentation decks
Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
Demonstrate quality delivery through receipt of positive client feedback
Participate in Business Development initiatives with senior management
Participate in the recruitment process to grow the team
Support in internal company functions such as Marketing, etc.

Required Skills

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management is desired
Proven 1/2 years of experience within Consulting Firm (e.g. Big 4) in wealth management and private banking
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular advanced Power Point and Excel capabilities.
Understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
Be able to manage interpersonal relationships both with internal as well as external clients.
Be passionate about attention to detail, quality and deadlines.
Be a fast learner, able to handle stress and be a team player.
