• £45k + benefits
• London or Warwick (hybrid working, 1-2x per week in the office)

Our client, a global data & insights consultancy, are looking for a Project Manager to come and join their team on a permanent basis. Having recently kicked off a business-wide transformation programme, their products and services are changing and improving.

You will be responsible for ensuring fast and effective set up and delivery of business change projects and initiatives that fall within the remit of the team, ultimately driving strategy and overall achievement of business objectives.

Alongside project delivery responsibilities, the role may also be required to perform additional tasks relating to strategy delivery, such as championing best practice methods and/or systems and helping to drive behaviour and culture change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, planning and implementation of designated projects, programmes and tasks across the full life cycle from inception to completion
• Facilitate the definition of scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders and capture in robust project documentation
• Establish an appropriate governance arrangement for the project, programme or task
• Lead project team and steering group meetings as required
• Monitor and report progress to all stakeholder groups (eg sponsors, steering, project team)
• Identify, assess and manage issues and risks to minimise impact

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working with recognised project & programme management methodologies (eg MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
• Knowledge and experience of working with recognised continuous improvement methodologies (eg Lean, Six Sigma)
• Confident, articulate, capable presenter in front of mixed groups, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively.
