Job description

This is a new role joining the small but high performing Communications and Change team.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage some of our organisation-wide change projects, at the same time as leading key projects yourself. You provide the structure, direction and plans to help deliver projects on time, on budget, to deliver our objectives. You'll build excellent relationships across teams to support others to lead projects well, using best-practice project and change management tools. You will deliver and continually improve regular processes and activities in the Projects and Change team.
What we're looking for
You'll need good experience of leading significant change projects in complex organisations. You'll understand how to be effective, managing projects, budgets and risk, across multiple objectives.
You'll be flexible, adapting how you work to respond to different needs.
You'll be excellent at engaging people from different parts of an organisation and bringing people with you through change.
Further information
This is a 7 month fixed term contract working full time for 37.5 hours per week.
We are currently still mostly working remotely, but we occasionally meet in person in our London office. The location for this role is flexible and London Weighting may apply.
