We aim to continually evolve and learn through evidence and experience to help people improve their health.Applicants should meet the following criteria:Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidenceProficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systemsBasic financial awarenessExcellent organisation and multitasking skills required.Flexible and adaptable.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Motivated and enthusiastic.Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment desirable.Duties of this role include:To contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.Ensure The Riverside Clinic best practice process maps are followed, to provide an efficient, professional and standard service to all patients, visitors, consultants and staff. All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.First point of contact for all persons attending the hospital, including patients, staff, visitors, Consultants, contractorsDay to day management of the referrals from the booking officemaintaining and developing patient administration systems, including appointment systems, referrals and record keepingTimely resolution to clinic change requests disseminating information to relevant colleagues and consultantsTo manage all incoming and outgoing communication including mail, emails and calls.Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update any booking received via email.monitoring waiting lists and ensuring they are accurate and completeimplementing and maintaining a system to monitor waiting timesidentifying changes in demand for particular servicesdeveloping and monitoring plans to improve practicecontributing to improving the quality and overall management of the waiting listproviding weekly statistical information and reports on performancePlease only apply for this role if you have worked in a similar role and can easily commute to the clinic, The Riverside Clinic, 3 Brentside Executive Park, Great West Road, Brentford TW8 9DR.Please see Job Description for full details and personal specification.Like the sound of this role?
