A great opportunity to work for a large NHS trust based in West London.
Working as an Recruitment HR Administrator. Role is temporary.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator role are:

Recruitment selection

Manage end to end recruitment process
Advertise and set up interviews on Trac
Deal with high volume recruitment
Efficiently and accurately manage the HR service with the appropriate procedures
Provide effective advice to managers in a proactive manner
Ensure best practice standards and procedures are adhered to
Ensure data and paperwork input are completed accurately and promptly
Communicates with managers staff nearing end of contracts

Communication

Liaise with Payroll, HR, Job Applicants, Business Partners, Managers, External Partners
Maintain excellent communication with the Recruitment service users on the progress and completion of all requests
Maintain excellent communications with service users, and promoting a positive image at all times.

Administration

Maintain all personal files in order for audits to be carried out successfully
Ensure electronic records system is updated and maintained accurately
Ensure appropriate employment checks are carried out for job applicants and existing members of staff
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to photocopying and maintaining the electronic and paper-based filing systems
Provide a telephone reception service for the team, responding to queries and taking messages

Other duties

Attend team and directorate meetings
Undertake continuous professional development and to be up to date with knowledge of legislation and new developments in recruitment.
Open, sort and distribute post appropriately.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Recruitment Administrator candidate will have:

Experience working in an HR role
A high level of administration experience
Trac and ESR experience desirable but not essential
An understanding of great customer service
An understanding of office systems
Understands the importance of confidentiality
An understanding of equality and diversity within recruitment
A completion of an introductory course in HR is desirable but not essential
Experience in an administration support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
