Were looking for a Creative Consultant to join the team here at Agency Bell. We are a small, super busy recruitment business that works with branding, design and communications clients.

The facts:

Our agency is organised into client service and design teams. With a strong focus on talent management, we are consultancy driven and client led.

This role is on the design hiring desk and youll be joining a small team of consultants that work collaboratively. You will help your clients find the right creatives from junior to the most senior levels. You need a great eye for a good portfolio and know what type of design works where.

Our clients sit brand side, agency side, in branding, comms and design. Its really varied.

We are not process heavy, but youwill be able toadapt to an established workflow. Youll be managing your own desk and have a desire to win new business and develop trusted client relationships.

You like a challenging brief and have an open and agile approach. We love talking to our clients and try to learn as much about their business as we can, so you will enjoy picking up the phone and asking questions in a smart and very pleasant way of course.

Day to day, you will represent talent as well as Agency Bell in client communications and meetings. Boundless curiosity about people and the industry is important.

We are ex-agency people who know the industry well, and we feel that this sets us apart. Wed like someone from a similar background, from client services or design, who is looking for a bit of a change and would like to see the industry from another angle.

We dont mind how many years of experience you have. It is all about your disposition to learn and build relationships.

Full, flexible working available, with regular team meet ups.

Salary circa 30-35k plusprofit share, depending on experience.
