Job Description

1. Support the UK recruitment team to deliver the university's calendar of undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment activity through a variety of administrative tasks.

2. Support the Senior Recruitment Officer in organising and delivering high quality on campus recruitment events. This will include undertaking tasks such as room bookings, briefing student ambassadors, and liaising with academic and support staff, under the direction of the Senior Recruitment Officer.

3. Support the delivery of business-critical recruitment activity such as Clearing.

4. To represent The University at UK Recruitment events such as UCAS Exhibitions, focusing on having engaging conversations with prospective students and ensuring effective lead generation, where required.

5. To occasionally contribute to the delivery of schools and colleges engagement activity including presentations, HE fairs and taster workshops, where required. Activities may focus on a range of themes including student finance, personal statements, applying to university and subject specific information and may target a range of stakeholders, including parents, prospective students and advisors.

6. To act as an advocate for the The University student experience at all times.

7. To contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant web pages, social media and corporate/marketing documentation, where required. 8. To undertake other duties commensurate with the post as may be required.

Ability to take a student centred approach to activity Ability to inspire students to choose the Uni as their university destination Ability to act as an ambassador at all times

Ability to support in the creation and delivery of dynamic and customer friendly events Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), including an ability to use a database. (experience with video editing software desirable)

Combines creativity with an eye for detail Positive attitude to a busy work environment

Understands the importance of and has the ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Able to travel independently and confidently around London and the UK
