*The Role - Sales Executive*

Monday-Friday, central London, circa £23,000 plus commission (warm leads only, no cold calling)

*What will you be doing as Sales Executive?*

· Speaking to warm leads that have come through web enquiries / external brokers / referrals

· Fully exploring and qualifying sales leads to secure viewings of commercial office space

· Ensure viewings are planned meticulously, with all relevant information passed on to the viewings team

· Work within tight time frames, hitting targets and KPIs

· Continuously build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, particularly agency brokers and the internal sales team, to ensure a smooth and effective sales process

· Keep up to date with all knowledge of pricing, availability, and new products and services

· Communicate and draw attention to any promotions or offers, ensuring brokers and stakeholders are fully informed

· Keeping fully up to date with competitors, having a thorough knowledge of competitor markets

· Attending networking events with external brokers, building strong and reliable relationships

*What are we looking for in our Sales Executives?*

· Experienced in a sales environment, ideally used to working on the phone

· Knowledge of commercial office sales and serviced offices would be extremely desirable

· Desire to hit and exceed targets

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Confident, with a great phone manner

· Motivated and driven, willing to work hard
