Job description

Lewis Davey is delighted to be supporting a FTSE100 business with the recruitment of a Circular Economy Consultant and keen to hear from circularity experts who have knowledge and exposure to Circularity within the property industry.

Ideally, we are keen to hear from people who have experience of circular economy mandates across operational waste but also in the planning and development stage. Specifically, we are looking for some knowledge of the London Planning regulations and an ability to formulate Circular Economy Statements in relation to this. Ideally, applicants will have exposure to LCA and OneClick and able to leverage OneClick modules to churn out CE Statements.

There's an immediate pipeline of projects that the successful incumbent can pick up on and there will be an opportunity to use this as a foundation in picking up larger strategic pieces of work around circularity.

We're looking for people who can good exposure to circularity in the design, construction and across materials and how this might relate to broader sustainability issues such as embodied carbon.

This is a new and exciting role in an established sustainability team delivering cutting edge sustainability advisory work within real estate.
