My client is a leading challenger bank. This role is based in the City of London.

Job Description
The Senior DCM Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Servicing and cash management of Secured Funding transactions
  • Production and distribution of servicer / investor reports, pool, cash flow and waterfall management for Secured Funding transactions
  • Support end to end deal execution, structuring, rating agency analysis/dialogue, full legal documentation reviews
  • Management and analysis of existing collateral held at the Bank of England for the purpose of participation in the Sterling Monetary Framework
  • Preparation of the daily cash transfer and reconciliation of monthly asset pool movement to cash and non-cash transactions
  • Production and distribution of the monthly servicer report
  • Ongoing monitoring of securitisation transactions performance against criteria and triggers
  • Production of waterfall and waterfall payments
  • Ownership and production of investor report and publication
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts of securitisation structures
  • Production of derivative amortisation schedule for securitisation structure
  • Provide securitisation financial information to stakeholders
  • Provide insight into the competitor market from a debt perspective, and feedback for the businesses benefit and understanding
  • SME for securitisation system and embedding of robust controls and processes
  • Provide MI for reporting purposes for Treasury Management Meeting, Funding Committee, ALCo and EXCo.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior DCM Analyst will have the following skills:
  • Senior Analyst experience in securitisation reporting
  • Exposure and understanding of the functionality of a Treasury/Debt Capital Markets operation and knowledge of the instruments involved
  • Strong modelling skills together with analytical capability
  • Excellent data analytical skills, somewhat of an excel expert
  • Sound understanding of core financial control and establishing a strong control environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of post issuance management including post deal reporting
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, delivering practical solutions and perform in a pressurised environment
  • Ideally a knowledge of Mortgage, SME and consumer lending or other financial services industry
