Sustainability recruitment specialist Lewis Davey is delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding sustainability service provider that has recently doubled in size and is still experiencing exponential growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pan-European business working solely within the sustainability industry and largely with institutional investors as they grapple with challenges like the net-zero agenda and TCFD across both real estate and infrastructure.
We're recruiting a Senior Sustainability Consultant to provide sustainability and ESG consultancy and environmental management system development to heads of sustainability, executive teams, fund and asset managers, property and facilities management teams. You'll be responsible for the coordination of building-level sustainability improvement programmes; Sustainability disclosure and reporting around the likes of GRESB, INREV, EPRA, UNPRI and TCFD; Supporting industry engagement through representation at industry groups, attending conferences and the management of large sustainability data collection and analysis/insight programmes, coordinating multiple parties.

You should have 5+ years of experience of working as an Energy & Environmental Consultant / Manager or a Sustainability Consultant, and have some experience of delivering services such as; energy auditing within commercial buildings, EMS (ISO14001), sustainability reporting & compliance (GRESB, CDP, GHG) and ESG. Ideally this will be with real estate investors but as a minimum you should have exposure to commercial property.

Ideally you will be comfortable operating in a client facing capacity. A broader knowledge of environmental and sustainability consultancy including BREEAM In-use, WELL and Fitwell would be beneficial as would membership of an appropriate and recognised professional body (e.g. Chartered Environmentalist, IEMA Full or Practitioner Membership)
