Senior Individual Giving Manager (Dialogue)

Leading children's charity seeks expert to lead transformational growth

This is an opportunity to be part of our client's ambition to achieve transformational net income growth over the next five years

Are you an expert business strategist in door to door, private site, street and telephone fundraising?

Have you experience in leading a matrix solution across highly specialist agencies responsible for a multi-million-pound budget?

You will have established experience working for a charity or specialist dialogue agency.

You will be a fundraising expert who has demonstrable experience delivering successful dialogue campaigns, understanding the challenges of the market, how to drive sustainable growth and take steps in risk mitigation.

You will be excited by how the market has rapidly evolved over the past year and be keen to accelerate the deployment of digital and contactless UX experiences.

You will be a confident leader inspiring not only your team and the charity's leading specialist agencies in their work.

About the Team

The Committed Giving Team forms part of Public Fundraising within the Fundraising Directorate

You will manage a senior executive and executive.

Our client has a dedicated Training and Quality Manager supported by an executive. You will partner with them to ensure the very highest standards of great governance.

About You

The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader of staff and suppliers

You will be a quick thinker, understanding the dynamics of the market and how to move quickly to establish contingency planning

You will be respectful, recognising the importance of their agency partners

Confident in budget management working with significant investment, able to report to SLT and Trustees on performance.
