Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting - EMEA About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting to partner with stakeholders in the Strategic Communications segment to provide full life-cycle executive recruiting. This includes creating and driving successful and efficient recruitment strategies; ensuring superior client and candidate experiences; and collaborating with the teams to refine and improve hire processes. In this role, you will support the business by recruiting a diverse population of exceptional and impactful executives in EMEA. This is an opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who is interested in the challenge of recruiting for a breadth of skills. This person will be a key member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, responsible for driving execution of recruitment strategies for senior leadership. What you'll do Be the main point of contact for Senior Managing Director & Managing Director level hiring in Strategic Communications segments across EMEA Engage and influence senior business leaders on role visioning, balanced candidate slates, and succession plans. Driving direct sourcing for active roles and continuously building pipelines of candidates for future opportunities through networking, Linked In research, exploring FTI people networks Coaching hiring managers on the benefits of sourcing direct versus a preference to engage a known headhunter Create a deep pipeline of executive talent in key markets to reduce time to hire of key roles. Building diverse pipelines and building knowledge of the diversity challenge in given markets to advise stakeholders Influence candidate decisions through strong sell messaging and represent the strength of the FTI Brand to candidates. Partner with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Advise hiring leaders on the application of processes, systems, regulations and policies. Serve as a lead within the internal hiring team, maintaining responsibility for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive-level roles Educate leadership on market trends, cycle times and other key performance metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve business needs. Provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws. Preferred Skills: Excellent stakeholder experience, able to challenge, influence and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements and key accountability metrics Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting Highly deadline-orientated, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills An ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments while serving as a steady point of continuity in the wider team Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to gain trust, achieve business objectives and work directly with a broad group of key stakeholders throughout the firm Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing and decision-making skills and high attention to detail. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 10 years of recruitment experience ideally in a professional services firm. Able to demonstrate increased accountability over time in current or past companies Experience recruiting executives in the professional services space, particularly in Big 4 accounting and consulting firms
