About the role To support our international growth plans, we're looking for a senior product manager to adapt our supply side ad tech platform to meet the unique needs of our publisher partners around the world. The Sr. Product Manager Supply Side Ad Platform, International is responsible for adapting our supply-side ad platform, consent strategies and implementations, header bidding and tag-based integrations, and our supply side publisher user interface to new international markets. As a key member in Roku's advertising products team, you will be a key owner of the international product strategy and execution of initiatives as we roll-out and expand to new international markets including the UK, Germany, Canada, Mexico and Brazil to name but a few. You will be working closely with our publisher partners as well as Roku's international business development, go to market and operational teams to assess what is required for success in each international market. You'll then be creating an international-focused supply side ad tech roadmap, drafting strategy and feature guides and working with engineering to develop the required solutions and features needed to drive the success of Roku's ad platform. This role requires a broad and deep understanding of programmatic advertising (particularly on the sell side) and experience in Connected TV (CTV) would be greatly advantageous. What you'll be doing Own the international product strategy and roadmap for the Sell Side Platform as we enter and scale new markets with our TV advertising products Diving deep and working collaboratively with publishers and partners to understand what it takes for our ad products to succeed in new markets Engaging cross functionally with go to market, partnership, engineering, privacy teams to build critical features Launching capabilities and tracking the success of the product in international markets Aligning product requirements for supply set-ups and integrations such as deals, tags, metrics and execution best practices with partners and Roku business KPIs Crafting objectives & key results, product requirements definitions and operational requirements Staying on top of CTV and ad technology trends and best practices; translate them into POVs, and sharing with engineering, product and business teams We're excited if you have 7+ years experience in programmatic advertising, with the ideal candidate having a strong background in supply side ad tech and/or CTV 7+ years of combined experience product management in ad technology Experience launching ad products into global markets, especially UK/EU and LATAM Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, specifically with ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs and other media buying platforms A passion for OTT/CTV technologies and related vendors A privacy by design mindset for building ad products with deep knowledge of compliance standards Completed multiple product cycles, from conception to in-market Experience in a start-up environment or you can demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach in your roles You are relentlessly focused on delivery and understand the value of getting MVPs and products out the door, so we can learn and modify as we go along You don't allow obstacles to deflect or deter you; you are a master of prioritization of your own time and the team's time Strong, influential cross-functional team leader Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's in engineering is preferred Fluent English + 1 or more additional languages The Roku culture Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own.
