COMPANY

My client, a Forward-thinking Traditional Fit-out Contractor who are have a healthy order book and ambitious yet achievable growth plans due to continuously exceeding their clients expectations are looking to add an experienced and capable Senior Project Manager to their already successful Project Delivery team. The ideal Senior Project Manager will have proven experience managing Fit-out projects ranging from £5-15m.

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational talent and offer an excellent package including an exceptional bonus and opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

THE ROLE

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -

Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
Producing and managing project plans
Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
Tracking and documenting changes
Preparing written project communication materials
Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss.

THE CANDIDATE

My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience of managing Traditional Cat A and Cat B Fit-out projects up to the value of £15m. You will need to have proven experience of managing large fit-out projects from inception to completion, the ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: -

Delivered large scale Traditional Fit-out Projects
Experience working in Commercial Offices
Ideally professionally qualified
Experience managing projects up to £10m
Highly proficiency with MS office / project
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous and highly organised
