Job description

Senior Recruitment Advisor role, paying £40,000 per annum.

Your new company
You will work for a Healthcare provider, as a Senior Recruitment Advisor, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. It is highly likely the role will be extended for a further 6 months, or become permanent. Salary will be £40,000 per annum, with 27 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays. You will predominantly work from home and the role will start on 4th January 2022 at the latest.

Your new role
The organisation run GP practices across the UK, with 1,600 staff. You will report to the Head of Recruitment, with support of 2 Recruitment Advisors. You will coordinate the work of the 2 Recruitment Advisors, acting as a middle Manager between them and the Head of Recruitment, as well as manage the end to end recruitment of around 20 roles across Corporate and Technology and manage the onboarding for Senior hires.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Recruiter, ideally with Healthcare experience, and be able to start ASAP or on 4th January 2022 at the latest.
