In the past eight years Maxxima has featured on three occasions in the Sunday Times Fast Track and Profit Track listings of the top 100 companies in the UK based on growth and profitability.Always by your side - driven by excellence - putting people firstThe Senior Recruitment Consultant Role:Business development through targeting new, lapsed and current clients through cold-calls, spec calls and networking.Manage the full permanent recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and offer managementProviding excellent levels of customer service by understanding the requirements of the role and ensuring this is suitably matched to the candidateTaking the lead in account management of clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.Working closely with your team manager to understand the financial objectives of your own desk in relation to invoiced billings, Margin levels, and KPI's.Who are we looking for?Proven record of a goal orientated, driven, hardworking and competitive outlookDemonstrable achievement against sales and business development targetsPro-active approach to learning and utilising the market-leading training we offer internallyDemonstrable record of resilience and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentExcellent levels of interpersonal skills of rapport and relationship buildingAcacium Group is an equal opportunities employer.
