WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Talent Sourcer of the Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) will focus on increasing capabilities of the Global Talent Sourcing team, whilst providing proactive sourcing of high quality GSB professionals for key roles across Europe. The Senior Talent Sourcer will identify and champion global best practices in sourcing techniques and processes. The individual in this role will take ownership of the Global Talent Sourcer's learning & development, being responsible for their coaching, training and mentoring in advanced sourcing and research techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Developing advanced research capabilities across GSB

* Coach and mentor more junior members of the Global Talent Sourcing team in advanced research capabilities such as Boolean, flip, X-ray etc.

* Championing global best practices in sourcing techniques and processes ensuring a global consistency across BCG.

* Manage and monitor sourcing tools and team's performance & ROI.

* Lead global sourcing team calls including suggesting new initiatives and agenda items to be discussed.

* Understanding trends and innovation in the external markets and their impact on BCG.

* Identify high quality candidates to fill key roles across the European region.

* Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.

* Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building.

* Clearly articulate and sell the BCG value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc.

* Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.

* Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

* Provide an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role.

* Actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Bachelor's Degree with high academic achievement required, Master's degree is a plus

* 3-6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

* Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools for successful hires

* Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills

* Prior experience in Analytics, Technology or Professional Services industries is preferred

* In-house recruitment experience in a global setting is highly preferred

* Strong behavioural based interviewing experience

* Fluent in English; other languages desirable
