SITE SERVICE ASSISTANT

Salary: WA Scale 5 SCP ,984

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Shift Patterns to cover Academy opening times from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm, 12 hour unpaid lunch break. Some weekends required at additional rates of pay.

Start date: As soon as possible

Closing date: 07 December 2021

The ideal candidate will be:

Enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated
Highly skilled Maintenance Operative\/Facilities Maintenance\/Handyperson with significant onsite experience, within Maintenance
Experience in delivering an excellent service, a warm demeanour and exceptional communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to different situations and perform light building maintenance\/DIY.

Able to work under pressure
An effective team player
