Spanish speaking M&A Lawyer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including assisting with the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of SPAs (acquisition and disposal) and related agreements; assisting with the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of Collaboration Agreements, Leases, Joint Venture Agreements and other related agreements; negotiating with counterparties (owners, buyers, sellers, etc) and their advisors; transaction management including liaising with (and managing costs of) local counsel and liaising with senior stakeholders and executives from across the business.

To be successful you must have a strong academic background and trained at a highly regarded law firm with substantial experience in M&A transactions. You will be fluent/ proficient in Spanish. You will have knowledge and experience working with international laws and cross border transactions. Ideally you will have also completed an in-house secondment or currently be working in-house. You will have the ability to work autonomously, think strategically and creatively and communicate clearly and precisely. You must be enthusiastic, proactive, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and become an integral part of the legal team.
