This well - established company specialise in Structural Engineer and Building Surveying services to a range of clients, predominantly social housing giants such as A2 Dominion and Clarion as well as local councils. Working mostly within the M25 they provide a high quality consultancy service to their clients to fix any internal/external structural damage, subsidence issues, building defects, damages or structural alterations. Now due to increasing workload they are looking to expand the team and take on a Structural Engineer.

In this role you will be based from the Chessington office working between project sites and the office. You will be working predominantly on social housing and council residential projects with some private residential extensions/modifications. You will be conducting pathological surveys or damaged or defective builds including fire, flood, impact and subsidence issues. You will conduct surveys, diagnosis reports, project management and dealing with clients. You will also be responsible for designs of remediation and extensions. There are opportunities available for assistant engineers up to senior engineer level.
