Job description

Seven Social Care is looking for a Support Worker to work within Supported Living for one of our clients in Wembley.

There are 5 customers with learning disability and a moderate level of need.3 customers also have mental health.

Start Date - ASAP
Rate - £12.50 per hour
In the morning, the shift starts again at 7am until between 2pm and 3pm.

The role:

There is one member of staff on duty at a time, supporting the customers with their daily living skills, cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting and the activities they have scheduled that day. There is a small amount of support for personal care, but not for all the clients and full support is not required.

1:1 support for activities is provided by another staff - this may include supporting with medical appointments, or other activities in the community as a way of training them on COVID safety.

The staff sleep-in at this service. So generally the shift will start between 2pm and 3pm in the afternoon until 10pm, when the sleep-in duty starts.

Hours: 34 - 40 hours p/w.
