Talent Acquisition Researcher, Executive RecruitingWe are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our EMEA Executive Talent team based in London.In this role you will provide strategic sourcing support across multiple segments/regions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced researcher who is interested in the challenge of sourcing for different skill sets across multiple industries, for the most senior levels within FTI Consulting.This role has flexibility for you to work on a full-time, or part-time (3 days per week) basis.What You'll DoResearch, identify, and source top talent for FTI Consulting's Executive hire requisitionsPartner with Executive recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through multiple channelsStay up to date with competitive intel, senior executive movement and activity in the marketStay up to date with trends and technology for candidate sourcingPartner with hiring managers and recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to develop research and sourcing strategies to meet business needsDrive the Talent Mapping process for senior executives across Segments and practicesCreatively research and source using a multitude of resources to generate qualified candidatesBuild strategic candidate pipelines for current and future rolesMaintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM at all timesCreate a unique diversity sourcing strategy (diverse referral campaigns, diversity organization/associations networking, diversity job boards etc)Support post-offer onboarding process for executive candidatesEssential skills and experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 years' experience in talent acquisition sourcing or researchExperience utilizing CRM/ATS systemsProficient in Excel/PowerPointAdditional skills:Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcingPrior research and sourcing experience within professional services, specifically Management ConsultingExperience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools a plusKnowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment, and placement of new hiresOur BenefitsApart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.We offer a competitive benefits and wellbeing programme including private medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, income protection, flex critical illness cover, employer pension contribution, holiday buy, discounted gym membership, interest free travel loans, paid volunteer hours and corporate matching for charitable donations, and much more.About FTI ConsultingWhat makes us unique?
