*Location: based in Europe *

As a Tech Client Partner within Technology Solutions, you will play a critical role by *creating high degrees* of *customer proximity and insight*, focusing on a tightly defined set of *2-3 strategic EMEA Headquartered clients. *
You will work hand-in-glove with the IQVIA teams leading on project delivery, our product/solution sales leads, and our global client Account Teams. Your contribution will be centered on knowledge of your clients' broad technology-related strategies, understanding their needs for support but also ensuring contributing to high degrees of client satisfaction.
This position is designed to perform sales enablement and business development activities, with accountability for commercial success of the technology portfolio.
*Role information and Scope:*

* Creates, matures, and maintains close relationships with key technology-related stakeholders from across the client enterprise, maintainin in-depth and extremely current knowledge of client/business strategies, business issues and initiatives.
* Owns the Technology strategy (full portfolio, full technology ecosystem) at 2-3 client accounts, develops, drives, and orchestrates sales enablement and business development activities
* Proactively shares client insights and intelligence with the broad IQVIA Technology Solutions and the global Account Team, to bring the right IQVIA solution to the client in the most effective way
* Identifies, develops, and elevates business opportunities and potential growth areas for our technology solutions business
* Provides oversight of client engagements; accountable for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value
* Remains up to date with current trends in technology services and provides direction to anticipate and identify business challenges and issues
* Develops and maintains awareness of technology solutions and how they can be utilized in client scenarios
* Uses personal technical skills and capabilities to engage clients (at all levels of seniority) and provide objective advice and expertise and help organizations develop or implement technical strategies to optimize performance
* Has responsibility for people management and talent development to meet business growth and changing priorities
* Coaches/mentors teams and contributes to driving technical thought leadership
*Experience and Skills: *

* 10 years' experience in the life science or consulting industry
* In depth and long-standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level
* Requires deep expertise in at least one CoE area along with knowledge of all other practices
* Possesses exemplary business development skills.
* Has broad knowledge of the life sciences industry
* Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
* Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
* Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area.
* Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace and professional/trade associations key people and companies.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
* Values people's opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.
* High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
* Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
* Ability to profitably price engagements.
