What does the role entail?
As a placement student, you will join a team of eight where you will work closely with Timberseed Consultants and Account Managers to source and qualify candidates for specific remits.

You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job briefings to resourcing strategies and candidate qualifications. With training and experience, you will also be liaising directly with clients, attending meetings in person and over the conference.

You will be afforded greater responsibility throughout the course of the year.

Who is this opportunity for?
The role is designed for ambitious students who decided to take a year out of university to work within the Recruitment Industry.

To be successful in this role you need to be great with people and show excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a high degree of emotional empathy, but you will also be motivated to achieve specific business outcomes. You will be meticulously organised and incredibly efficient.

You learn fast and respond well to constructive feedback. You will be hard working, committed and know how to go the extra mile.
