Job description

The CX function is a newly established and is responsible for shaping the E2E experience across the client, as well as building digital first capabilities. Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, the UX Lead will be responsible for solving customer problems across the many markets in which we operate. You will be expected to get involved complex technology projects to help shape a digital experience strategy that will feed into the wider CX Strategy and a roadmap that will transform our business.

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Knowledge of human- centred design within web and mobile product development and make recommendations for frameworks and processes
  • Proven track record of design thinking expertise
  • Proven knowledge and experience of developing user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Strong visual and brainstorming skills with the ability to confidently sketch journeys and interfaces
  • Strong understanding of Agile UX and Lean UX Delivery approaches but a willingness to accept that we are at the start of our journey and ways of working are yet to be defined
  • A background in service design models and processes would be beneficial
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to do the do, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working in multiple workstreams in a complex and challenging environment
  • Ability to identify and present actionable insights to business stakeholders
