Warehouse Coordinator for a rapidly growing last mile logistics company

Your new company
You will be working for a last mile delivery company that specialises in food and grocery deliveries primarily with a smaller retail section to their operations. You will be working in the smaller retail section helping clients fill their e-commerce orders by sorting and delivering goods.

Your new role
Your new role will be as a Warehouse Coordinator in the companies West London warehouse. You will be supervising a team of agency workers ensuring that all client orders are sorted, packaged, and sent out on the correct routes. You will be checking warehouse safety and ensuring that delivery vehicles are packed in line with company procedure and agency staff are working safely and effectively. You will also be working alongside a second team to help solve any driver related issues once the products are en route. You will also be responsible for suggesting ways to improve the operations to enable the team to cope with an ever-growing customer base.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some experience in managing teams of people effectively, not necessarily in a warehouse setting. You will need to be a quick learner who can work well in a fast-paced environment to enable the company to fulfil orders on time and to a good standard. You will need to be excited by the prospect of working for a newer company where your suggestions for improvement are taken on board and implemented. You will have to be flexible with your working hours and have a real can-do attitude. If you have previous experience in route planning, you would be a highly favourable candidate for this position.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of up to \u00A329,000 dependant on experience. You will also get to work for a fast-growing company with the possibility of rapid progression based on individual performance. You will receive a \u00A3200 a month lunch allowance, a \u00A340 a month welfare allowance to spend on gym memberships, meditation apps etc. You will also be eligible for a 10% yearly bonus as well as 25 days holiday a year (exclusive of bank holidays). This company also offer visa sponsorship for successful candidates.
