Domiciliary Office Manager

Your new company
My client is a small private domiciliary provider based on North London who are incredibly passionate and dedicated to their service users and their families. With a \"Good\" rating with CQC, my client is now looking for an efficient, dedicated, professional and passionate Office Manager to run their day to day office.

Hours are Mon - Friday 9:30am - 5:30am.
Salary is \u00A335,000 - \u00A340,000 DOE

Your new role

* Handling telephone calls in a professional manner from carers, service users, new enquires, and family members.
* Check and be responsible for all carers having up to date DBS's and training.
* Responsible for completing compliance checks for carers.
* Responsible for dealing with annual leave and absences.
* Responsible for the on call phone (rarely ever rings).
* Work with the Director and Care Manager to ensure all needs of the business are being met.
* Will have additional support from the Secretary.

What you'll need to succeed
Professional telephone manner and general professionalism when dealing with all staff, service users, and families.
Ambitious and driven to help grow a small domiciliary service.
Enjoy taking on large volumes of responsibility.
Ideally experience in a care setting and have knowledge of CQC although neither are essential.
