Job description

I am recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager to join an international business providing safety systems to a range of industries.

The role is offered with a salary of £55K. Flexible working is available with WFH 2-3 days a week

As Project Manager you will be developing the processes for the business

The role would suit a candidate with the confidence, motivation and vision to develop a Project Management system to be incorporated within the product development lifecycle. Key is demonstrable experience of cradle to grave project management

You will be identifying what needs to be done, where to start, setting up tools/ processes / approach etc and working with internal stakeholders to establish project management as a discipline

A demonstrable track record of having done similar in other engineering organisations is essential

The role would suit someone with 5+ years B2B experience within a manufacturing, engineering or technology industry working on electro-mechanical products.

The role will entail some travel to France as required (French language is not required, although it would be helpful).

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Degree qualified

Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master would be beneficial)

A background in mechanical engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering and a technical understanding.

Demonstrable skills in end-to-end project management
