Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Learning Support - SEN Focus

A highly modern, supportive, and progressive Secondary School in the borough of Camden are on the lookout for graduates to work in their Learning Support Team.

Working with their Learning Support as a Teaching Assistant will require you to focus on specific children with SEN such as Autism, Behaviour or Speech & Language difficulties. You will provide in-class support as well as 1:1 interventions tailored to their abilities and work through their targets.

This will be a long-term role starting ASAP until June 2022. You will gain fantastic experience with SEN as well as an induction and specified training programme provided by the school and Clarus.

JOB INFORMATION:

  • Secondary School Teaching Assistant - SEN Focus
  • Based in their Learning Support Team
  • ASAP start until July 2021
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm, Term Time Only
  • £75 - £90 per day
  • Working with needs such as ASD, SEMH, Speech & Language and Behaviour difficulties
  • Induction and training provided by Clarus and the school
  • Supporting students KS3-5
