An innovative, international events business, part of a global group, has a vacancy for a motivated B2B sales person looking for a consultative role, selling sponsorship on established business events. Youll have some B2B sales experience: possibly delegate sales, media sales, recruitment or a similar B2B sales role.

In an established team, youll work alongside senior account directors focussing on generating new business and turning prospects into established clients.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

Lead sales on one or more industry flagship events
Sell multi-product, tailored packages of $50K-$500K as part of year-round activations
Identify, profile and engage relevant prospective clients
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a network of c-suite stakeholders client side
Turn single event activations into repeat key accounts year-on-year
To be a Business Development Manager, you will likely have:

Proven experience selling $50K+ packages in the media\/events space
A background in commercial leadership in a sales team
An ability to work collaboratively with other sales leaders
