Pastoral Support Worker - Permanent - Westminster

An inclusive Secondary School in the Borough of Westminster are looking to recruit a Pastoral Support Worker for an ASAP start, on a permanent contract.

As a Pastoral Support Worker you will be working with Secondary School students, supporting a range of children across different year groups. You will be assisting students' academic and holistic development, ensuring that students are safe, secure and successful.

• Working 1:1 and in small groups across different year groups
• Delivering a variety of interventions
• Working in collaboration with Year Coordinators
• ASAP start
• Working hours 8am - 4pm
• Permanent contract
• Pay - £22,183 - £24,491 per year
• Located in the borough of Westminster

Person Specification - Pastoral Support Worker

• Strong academics across the board - degree, A level, GCSEs
• Experience in a previous role would be ideal
• Passionate about working with Secondary School children
• Commitment to high standards, best value and continuous improvement
• A 'can do' approach and positive attitude to innovation and change
• Perfect for aspiring Teachers or educational professionals
• You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Charismatic and confident nature
