This organisation is a leading global health consultancy that is a subsidiary of a leading charity organisation that focus on women's and children's healthcare. They manage health programmes that ensure vulnerable women and children can access high-quality health services, and partner with governments and NGO's to implement informed solutions to complex health problems.

Your new role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR, this role will focus on:

* Full end-to-end management of recruitment campaigns for the Africa and Asia regions
* Work closely with hiring managers, providing insight and best-practice advice on the recruitment process
* Have a strong understanding of Equality & Diversity and how this can be implemented into recruitment processes
* Line management of HR Assistant (recruitment)
* Develop, manage and deliver a strong recruitment strategy with a focus on attracting and retaining quality talent

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will have:

* Demonstrable experience as a senior international recruiter
* Team management experience
* Impeccable knowledge of the recruitment campaign process, from briefing to placement
* Experience incorporating ED&I strategies into recruitment campaigns
